Alphonso Arul Doss

Artist Alphonso Arul Doss has traveled the world with his art. He has made a huge impact with his contemporary depictions. He infuses tradition and modernism with such ease in his paintings. As a result, he has created his own style in the process of this infusion. Not only is he a disciplined artist but he was also a disciplinarian. He is the former Principal of The Govt College of Fine Arts, Chennai. He takes immense pleasure in educating the next generation with things he has experienced over the years as an artist and is an inspiration for many students.
