When asked about this particular artwork in a magazine, artist Premalatha Seshadri was quoted saying – “The cadmium yellow landscape suggests the mood of the land about me covered with flora. It is an abstracted vision of my surroundings at Injambakkam. A graphic document of one’s sensory reaction to the immediate world all about me”.
